Hi All,
Keen to bake something good from your own kitchen for your family and friends for Tea time? I am organizing Home Bakery Series on GROUP DEMO basis in Aug & Sept 2010. I have specially selected some good cakes even without having to dress up with decoration. Come to relax and sit through the lesson while you watch me preparing the cakes step by step with clear explanation and user friendly recipes for you to practice at home. Please see detailed Class Info below. These cakes will be a good choice to bake & raise funds for charities or as a home baked gifts to friends.
Don't miss the 'yummylicious' lesson. Register with payment early to secure your seats. I limit to an intake of 8 pax per group.

All lessons are personally conducted by Mrs CATherina Hosoi, Food Researcher since 1985, with more than 15 years experience on Radio Cooking Program and TV Cooking Program, also Food Directory Panellist and F & B Consultant. Register early with payment to secure your seats. We limit to 8 pax per group. Do not miss this fun learning course of  Group Demo basis.

GROUP (A): 7pm to 9.45pm

GROUP (D): 10am to 12.45pm
28/Sept/2010, Tuesday
Course Fee: S$80 for 1 lesson, Ingredients Cost S$10 for 1 lesson, Total:S$90
Limit to 8 pax per group with Group Demo basis, detailed recipes given, bring home your share of cakes. You will be awarded with Certificate of Attendance upon completion of course.

How to register for class?
Step 1:  Email or sms in your BOOKING with your name & handphone nos & indicate your mode of payment.
Step 2:  After our acceptance of your BOOKING,  to release payment within 2 days to get your seats secured.  We will acknowledge receipt once your payment comes through.

Select from the following modes of payment:
A) If releasing payment through INTERNET BANKING TRANSFER:
Name of Account: CULINARY HOBBY CLASS
Account No: 119-310-852-6 (UOB BANK, New Bridge Road Branch).
Once you have done it, please either email me/ or sms 97337888 details of your transactions for our follow up checking. Please note if you are using a different bank from UOB, it will take 3 working days for clearance of money.

B) If posting out your cheque payment, please write cheque to: CULINARY HOBBY CLASS and have it posted to: 67 Spottiswoode Park Road, S088656. If you drop your mail in the post box before 5pm I will get it the next day. Please remember to write your name with handphone nos behind the cheque.

C) If you prefer CASH PAYMENT:
1) You can either bank in CASH directly into any UOB BANK, our Account No: 119-310-852-6 (UOB BANK, New Bridge Road Branch), Name of Account: CULINARY HOBBY CLASS. After doing so please inform us either by sms or email so that we can do the follow up on checking & acknowledge receipt after the payment is cleared.
OR
2) If you prefer to insert your CASH payment into our Red Mail Box outside our premises: You can do this at your own convenient time and you don't have to see me personally to do this. Please remember to seal your payment enclosed in an envelope with your name and class date clearly stated on the envelope. After you have inserted the envelope into our Red Mail Box please sms to 97337888 to alert us to remove the envelope immediately from the Red Mail Box. We will acknowledge receipt after getting it by sending you an sms.

HOW TO REACH US:
*  To reach our studio, if you are using MRT, stop at OUTRAM and use the NORTH EAST LINE Exit G (Police Station). When you are at the road level just ask any policeman how to walk towards Kampung Bahru Road direction. Next to No: 1 Kampung Bahru Road, there is a side lane (Spottiswoode Park Road), just walk in, the 3rd yellow colour 3 storey conservation house is our studio. You can see a signboard with my name, CATHERINA HOSOI. If you are coming by car, turn in from Neil Road.
